Tools and Techniques for Radical Self Care
FREE Webinar: Wednesday 31st March - 1pm to 2pm GMT
Getting the balance right in our life-work choices is challenging at the best of times. Now, in these times of 'collective vulnerability', seismic social change and sustained uncertainty we are all grasping for a snippet of balance and a whisker of predictability and questioning 'what next?'
Most of us respond to increased pressure and rising demands at work, and in everyday life, by putting in more hours and effort. This can be a useful short term strategy for managing particular surges, but more often, it can make us feel like there is a constant surge on information and demands, which takes its toll on our physical and psychological health. In the last year this has been amplified exponentially.
The problem with putting in MORE effort is that time is a limited resource. Energy is a different story. This means recognising the impact of energy-depleting behaviours and taking responsibility for changing them, regardless of the demands. The shift in focus and mindset is a shift to managing your energy, not your time. How do we rest, repair and re-balance during such sustained chaos, profound losses and constant overwhelm?
Join us in this webinar where we acknowledge the impact of radical change and offer tools and techniques to help you re-focus, re-balance and look forward with enthusiasm! We will share simple, powerful techniques with you that build your resilience, in defiance of this pandemic. Cath will draw on decades of experience creating high profile, high impact projects that address life-threatening risk, justice, equality and inclusion.
Cath will be joined by events director and endurance athlete Denise Yeats. We will share with you our thoughts and insights on building resilience and self-care strategies into your daily routines, in defiance of the pandemic.

Retreats
Women in leadership seek out retreats for many reasons: to disconnect from everyday stressors, to reconnect with the parts of themselves that are sometimes forgotten, to be in the company of like-minded women and share an adventure. Retreats are also a chance to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of a place and be inspired.
At Broad Cairn Coaching we believe wholeheartedly in the human potential for growth and the power of change. Change can be challenging, particularly when you experience ‘new terrain’. Alternatively you may have come to a junction in your life and not sure which route to take. Our international retreats, offer you a transformational and inspirational adventure that will take your growth to the next level.
We work in partnership with other inspiring women bring you 2 unique retreat experiences with internationally recognised facilitators. Our maximum number of participants is capped at 12 to ensure you maximise your evolutionary experience. Traditional management and professional practice roles have separated the professional and personal self. We believe that leaders are born by bringing their whole authentic selves into the workplace and that growth of the self means flourishing in all aspects of your professional and personal life.
